IPEX Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of the following consumer products sold at the retailers listed below because the labelling does not comply with the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations and the formulation may not comply with the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations. The products are not packaged in a child-resistant container. The Recalled Products may exceed regulated flammability criteria, may be corrosive or toxic, and may be harmful to children or adults if ingested, inhaled/aspirated, or contact the skin or eyes. Consumers are requested to stop using the Recalled Products immediately, protect children from access to the Recalled Products, and follow the directions below to obtain a full refund of the purchase price.

What you need to do in response to this recall and to obtain a refund
- Stop using the Recalled Products immediately and take all steps necessary to protect children from access to the Recalled Products.
- Take a photo of your Recalled Product(s) including the barcode on the label and submit it along with the following information to retailorders32@ipexamerica.com with the subject line “Product Recall”:
- Name of purchaser to receive the refund
- Mailing address
- Purchase price
- Place of purchase
- Responsibly dispose of the product through your local municipality’s Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) program or at an authorized hazardous waste disposal facility, in accordance with local regulations.
- A cheque for your refund will then be sent to the person identified in 2(a) at the address identified in 2(b).
